Not glitter, these stars are not itchy or rough, they are smooth and sleek, non irritating, non shedding, just gorgeous sparkle and shine! This is one of our most comfortable holographic fabrics because of the way the foil is bonded to the fabric, its classy and eye catching, and sure to be a favorite in your rodeo wardrobe!
